“You’re killin’ me, Smalls!” Inspired by the iconic campfire scene in The Sandlot, our Some More Cookie captures the magic of summer nights and that famous line: “First you take the graham. You stick the chocolate on the graham. Then you roast the mallow. When the mallow’s flaming, you stick it on the chocolate. Then you cover it with the other end.”

We start with a crisp honey graham cracker base, bringing that classic campfire crunch. On top, we layer a scoop of rich brown sugar cookie dough filled with semi-sweet chocolate chips — the perfect stand-in for that gooey melted chocolate. Hidden at the heart is a jumbo marshmallow, which bakes down into a soft, gooey center that ties the whole cookie together.
